The payment itself (credit card number, etc.) is never transmitted to or stored by ImagePipe: it is entered directly on the Stripe Checkout page and processed exclusively by Stripe.
3. Legal basis and purposes
The processing of these data is based on the execution of the license sale contract (account, order, license) and compliance with legal obligations (conservation of invoices). No data are used for third-party commercial exploration purposes.
4. Data recipients
Data are shared with the following providers, to the extent strictly necessary for their service:

These providers may be located outside the European Union; where appropriate, the transfer is based on the guarantees provided by these providers (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
5. Shelf life
Account data is retained while the account is active. Ordering/invoicing data are kept for 10 years in accordance with legal accounting obligations. A request for account deletion results in the anonymisation of data not subject to a legal obligation of retention.
6. Security
All communications with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in minced form (never clear). License keys are signed to prevent falsification.
7. Cookies and hearing measures
The site uses technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation (connection session, anti-CSRF protection).
The site also uses Matomo, a self-hosted audience measurement tool on our own servers (no data is transmitted to a third party). It is configured to remain within the scope of the consent exemption provided by CNIL recommendations: anonymized IP address, visit data stored 25 months maximum, measurement cookie limited to 13 months, preference "Do not follow me" (Do Not Track) of your respected browser. Le site utilise aussi Google Ads pour mesurer l'efficacité de nos campagnes publicitaires (savoir si une visite issue d'une annonce a conduit à un achat).
